In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section(1) of
section 3 read with sections 11,12,14 and 16 of the
Kerala State Higher Education Council Ordinance,
2007 (Ordinance No. 2 of 2007), the Govt. of Kerala
constituted the Kerala State Higher Education
Council as per G.O.(P) No. 37/2007/HEdn. dated 16th
March 2007. The ordinance was replaced by the Kerala
State Higher Education Council Act 2007 (Act 22 of
2007) as per notification No.
19536/Leg.Uni.3/2007/Law dt. 15th Oct. 2007.
The
Council consists of three bodies namely:

Advisory Council
(2) Governing Council
(3)
Executive Council
